Fedor Petrenko was born on the 04th of July, 1974 in Moscow.
He graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute.
In 1997, was among first employees of newly founded Russian office of the international consulting company Columbus IT.
Since 1998 he worked in an international industrial Group Linde Gas.
In 2000, led a group of companies Technoservice. Later returned to Columbus IT as a General Manager of Russia and the CIS subsidiary, since 2005 joined New Dimension as a General Manager of New Dimension Russia.

Alexey Bartels was born on the 17th of October, 1974.
He graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics of Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, specializing in automated systems for information processing and management.
Since 1996, worked at various positions in the insurance company Energogarant.
In 2002 joined the international consulting company Columbus IT, where was promoted from Consultant to Team Leader.
Since 2005 joined New Dimension, as Executive Director at New Dimension Russia.

Miras Kasymov was born on the 6th of July, 1977 in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
Master of Economics (The University of Reading).
Since 2001, worked at the consulting company Business Intelligence Professional Solutions.
Since 2005, led Microsoft Business Solutions in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
Since 2007 joined New Dimension as Business Development Director at New Dimension Kazakhstan.

Ilyas Amirkhanov born 22 June 1976. He graduated from the Faculty of Automation and Control Systems Kazakh National Technical University, specializing in Automation and Remote Control.
He has an MBA from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Forecasting.
He worked as an engineer at a leading international telecommunications company AT&T and Lucent Technologies, has held various management positions in marketing and sales to corporations, Scala, Columbus, and Alcatel.
Recently, the Department HCMs and work with partners of Kazakhstan's representation Microsoft.
